Documents may be created within yourDCC-enabled document libraries or may be imported using the import functionality.
Documents may be attached to transmittals based on a distribution matrix that can be maintained within SharePoint or via an Excel spreadsheet that can be loaded into the SharePoint distribution matrix.
yourDCC provides webparts that enhance SharePoint views over multiple libraries or sites.
yourDCC uses the Aptus DocFlow product’s functionality to provide full transmittal distribution, monitoring and auditing, enabling both collaboration and control.
yourDCC may be deployed as a stand-alone application or integrated within a richer Microsoft Office SharePoint Server collaborative environment.
