The Vorsite Enterprise Integration Toolkit for SharePoint and Documentum is comprised of three parts. There is a search integration which allows you to search Documentum content from within the SharePoint interface. Secondly, Vorsite have created a set of SharePoint WebParts which allow you to drag and drop Documentum functionality onto the SharePoint interface. These include Documentum Inbox, Documentum cabinet browser, My Subscriptions and My Folders WebParts. Finally, Vorsite provides the functionality to transfer documents from SharePoint into Documentum along with any attributes stored in SharePoint.

Vorsite provides you with a simple and familiar interface to Documentum. It gives you the best of both worlds; the flexibility and usability of SharePoint, with its close integration with Microsoft Office, and the security and control of a document management system such as Documentum.
