Our Sensor product for Documentum is a cost-effective solution for monitoring and trending your Documentum installation, its servers and middleware and its IT environment.

It enables your Documentum installation to be managed by exception, by generating SMS messages and emails in case of disruption to service. It can be configured to warn of potential problems, such as low disk capacity, or network packet loss, so that you can proactively manage potential issues before they affect the user community.

It also enables capacity planning with the lead time you need to make your infrastructure adjustments.
